These terms apply to One More, provided by Torvmark Labs (Torvi Studio). They supplement the app licence and store terms without limiting your mandatory consumer rights.
This page describes One More 1.0.1 (159), available on the App Store for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, with Watch remote control.

1. About these terms and the app
One More is Torvi Studio's photo booth for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. These terms cover One More 1.0.1 (build 159), its content tools, purchases and connected services, including the optional public beta features described below.
App Store downloads and purchases are also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions applicable to your country or region. These store terms are separate from the app licence and the app-specific conditions on this page.
2. License and responsible use
The app is licensed, not sold. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to App Store downloads unless a custom licence is stated. These app-specific terms supplement the licence; they do not replace it.
Do not falsify purchases, bypass access controls or use the app to infringe another person's rights. Statutory rights and applicable open-source licences remain unaffected.
3. Purchases, subscriptions and access
Free use lets you try both editors, take photos, save templates and export with the standard watermark. Basic is a one-time purchase removing that watermark from classic designs with your own text and paper colour. Custom and library designs still have the watermark. Plus includes Basic, the full editor, library/custom designs without the standard watermark and your own logo/watermark settings. Plus Upgrade is a separate one-time product for Basic owners with the same Plus access. It is not a third feature tier. Basic's price is not automatically deducted by Apple. Check the product and local price shown before purchase. The editions described here offer no subscription.
4. Restoring purchases and refunds
Restore eligible purchases from the purchase screen in Settings using the same purchasing Apple Account. TestFlight test purchases do not transfer to the App Store edition. Restoration depends on the account, verified entitlements and service availability; it is not guaranteed to be immediate. Contact support if access is missing. For refund requests use Apple's refund process. This does not limit statutory remedies or restore your photo library.
5. Using the app
Your photos, designs and guests
You retain your rights to your own photos, text, logos and imported designs. You must have the rights needed to import, photograph, display, print and share content. Inform guests about capture, retention, audience screens and any sharing; obtain permissions where required, particularly for children. Camera access granted by a host is not guest consent. We do not acquire ownership of your photos through these terms. Exported JPEGs retain the watermark they were created with; a later purchase does not rewrite existing files.
6. Storage, sync and platform services
The local app library, optional private iCloud sync and separate Apple Photos copies are distinct. Sync uses your private CloudKit database, runs while the app is active, requires available storage and connectivity, and is not an independent historical backup. Turning sync off does not erase content already in iCloud.
On iPhone and iPad, Settings → Save to Photos offers automatic copying, off by default. Enabling it explicitly requests full read/write access to create and manage the “One More” album and check its existing copies for duplicates, not scan the rest of your library. Saved finished photos and individual originals follow the current export and watermark rules. Keep the app open until copying is confirmed complete. Denying this permission does not prevent normal photography or local storage.
Only successfully completed copies outside the app protect those images if you uninstall it. The Photos album preserves images but does not automatically restore events, templates or the app’s library structure. Local recovery after interruptions is not a guarantee against loss. Do not uninstall or delete the library as a first troubleshooting step; check completed copies and contact support.
On Apple TV, local photos, originals and downloaded templates are temporary cache files that tvOS can remove to free space. Check that important photos have synced or have been exported on another device; permanent local TV storage is not promised. Apple TV uses a connected iPhone/iPad through Continuity Camera, a local host PIN for the guest booth and optional locally analysed hands-free features. It has no direct AirPrint, Instax, automatic-printing or Save to Photos settings.
The iPhone and iPad edition requires iOS/iPadOS 17 or later; the Watch companion requires watchOS 10 or later and a compatible setup. Duo adaptation is included automatically on compatible devices with iOS 27.1 or later, not behind a beta switch. Fold-aware layout and camera/preview handling depend on system support. Outer-screen viewing also depends on the camera situation, and not every combination is supported. Physical camera switching and outer-screen behaviour are not fully hardware-verified. AirPlay, external displays, remote controls and printers depend on hardware and system support. Not every Bluetooth button, external camera or printer is supported.
7. Optional features and third-party services
Sharing and connected displays
The guest booth runs on the host's device. Local remote shutter control is not an online guest gallery. Sharing sheets, exports, printing and audience screens may disclose photos to recipients you choose, who can retain copies. Party web sharing, a public guest gallery, guest download links and a Party subscription remain unavailable in public Release. A Mac edition is not promised.
Optional public beta features on iPhone and iPad
Settings → Beta is available in ordinary TestFlight and App Store builds. These functions are optional and experimental. The hands-free photos main switch is on by default; person detection and the peace-sign shutter have separate settings, so not every automatic action is enabled. Analysis uses Apple Vision locally, does not identify people and does not send camera images to an external AI service. The camera may remain active while waiting if the host enables person detection.
External camera, AirPrint, Instax Link and automatic printing are off by default. An external camera needs a compatible camera, adapter and system support; support for every USB camera, DSLR or brand is not promised. Physical Instax/printer support is not fully verified.
AirPrint uses system printing and a network connection; Instax Link offers direct manual printing over Bluetooth to compatible printers with the relevant system permission. Images and necessary print data go to your selected printer, not a Torvi Studio photo server. Automatic printing uses AirPrint, not Instax, and requires AirPrint and automatic printing to be enabled, printer setup, a confirmed test print and activation for the individual event. PDF export of print sheets remains available independently of the AirPrint switch.
8. Privacy and deletion
See the privacy policy and support guide. There is no separate Torvi Studio account to delete. Removing an event does not automatically remove its completed photos. Local deletion/uninstallation does not delete iCloud data, exported copies or Apple purchase history. The app does not edit or delete existing Apple Photos copies, including after a purchase upgrade; deleting in One More or iCloud leaves those separate copies in Photos. The explicit delete-from-all-devices action propagates a memory deletion when sync succeeds; deletion metadata is retained to prevent reappearance.
9. Availability and changes
Functions and online services can be interrupted or change for compatibility, security or legal reasons. We will provide notices and remedies where required by law; these terms do not reserve an unrestricted right to remove paid access. Prices and descriptions displayed at purchase govern that purchase. Future features or beta experiments are not a commitment to include them.
10. Consumer rights and complaints
Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights if digital content is defective. Contact us about missing purchases or features that do not work as described. Apple's refund process does not replace statutory claims against the provider. Norwegian consumers can seek guidance from Forbrukerrådet.
